QUESTIONS ABOUT BOOKINGS, TICKETS AND PAYMENTS:
How and When do I have to pay my balance?
If you've paid a deposit on a holiday your full balance is due 14 weeks prior to your departure date.
You can make this payment by calling our customer care team on 0800 810 8364 or email us at Customercare@yourholidaybooking.com. You will need your booking reference and card details to hand.
I've booked a holiday with you, when do I get my tickets?
Your tickets (also known as hotel/flight vouchers) will arrive by email (unless you have specified and paid for them to be sent by post) and will be received 14 days prior to departure if not before. For low cost airlines these may be ticketless airlines in which case you will just need the airline's booking reference number for check in. All charter flight bookings made within 14 days of the departure date will be ticketed on departure. Details are given at the time of booking.
What is Advanced Passenger Information and what do I need to do?
If your booking includes flights you will need to fill in an Advanced Passenger Information form prior to travelling. Please go to the relevany supplier's website and fill the form in. You will need your booking reference number, passport details for all parties included on your booking plus date of birth and full names. If you require help please call us.
Do I need travel insurance?
It is your responsibility to ensure that you travel with adequate travel insurance for all members in the party. We accept no liability for any costs incurred prior to travel or whilst abroad which arise from failure to obtain adequate cover. We can assist you with travel insurance or you can arrange your own cover, provided that the policy affords cover comparable to that of your Tour Operator. If you have not arranged travel insurance with us or your Tour Operator already you have accepted to indemnify the Travel Principal/Travel Agent of all possible liabilities which may arise as a direct consequence of any failure by you, or any member of the party for whom you are responsible, to take out adequate insurance cover.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS:
What Passport and Visa rules are there?
You may require a Visa to enter the country you are travelling to. Please check with the consulate or embassy of the country you plan to visit.
If you wish to travel abroad you must hold a ten year passport. Please ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your trip. Some countries may have an immigration requirement for the passport to remain valid for a minimum period (usually 6 months) afte the date of entry to the country. Please check with the relevant consulate or embassy.
I'm travelling on my honeymoon, should my passport be in my married or maiden name?
Your passport must match your ticket whether it's your married or maiden name.If your passport differs from your ticket please call us on 0844 892 3230 so we can contact the relevant suppliers. Please note an administration charge may be applicable if changes are made to your tickets.
I'm travelling to the USA do I need to register to enable me to travel there?
For passengers travelling to the USA it is vital that, unless you hold a full visa, you register online at least 72 hours in advance of travel with the US government. For further information and to complete the process, please visit: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta. Failure to do so will mean you being denied entry to the USA

Which Airport Terminal am I flying from?
Your departure terminal should be detailed on your tickets or/and confirmation invoice. If not, please check with the airport/the airline's website for detailed information. Failing that please call us and we will confirm for you.
What is my baggage allowance for the flight?
The baggage allowance will depend on which airline you are flying with and should be stated on your confirmation invoice as part of the breakdown on the flight cost, or on the flight tickets. If you are unsure what your baggage allowance is please call us and we will confirm. If you are booking your holiday online wih us on our travel agency websites, standard flight baggage allowance per person will be included. Click here for more information. As a rule, most low cost/no frills carriers allow 15kg baggage as standard. Your hand baggage allowance will also differ depending on whuch airline you are flying with.
HEALTH:
Do I need vaccinations to travel?
Some countries impose health restrictions and require vaccination certificates. These can vary from time to time and between countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your party are aware of and abide by all restrictions. General advice can be found on www.fco.gov.uk but it is also wise to check with the appropriate consulate or embassy before travel aswell as consulting your doctor or a qualified medical professional before travel.
